People Are Having A Hard Time Buying The NES Classic [UPDATE]

As has become standard procedure for Nintendo’s hardware systems, the NES Classic is very hard to buy. If you want one, you’re going to have to work for it. This morning, Nintendo fans came out in droves to line up at Targets and Best Buys across the country (including our own Best Buy here in Manhattan’s Union Square) for the new machine. Some lucked out; others were told that their stores just didn’t go rummy have enough systems. The NES Classic is sold out on most websites, except Amazon, where you’ll be able to snag one this afternoon at 5pm Eastern if you’re lucky enough to grab it before stock runs out. The NES classic, a mini-console packaged with 30 Nintendo games, is a pretty solid blast of nostalgia, although the controller cable is astoundingly short.
